Peter has an accomplished career in business and enterprise support in a variety of roles in the north of England. Peter's experience of working in all sectors drives Ouseburn Trust's business model to ensure innovation in project delivery. As a consultant on behalf of Locality, Peter further shares his expertise to inspire business growth across the Development Trust Association membership delivering financial, strategic and operational guidance. Kitty Porteous, Admin and Finance Officer
Kitty joined the team in September 2009 as Admin & Finance Officer. Her main responsibility at the Trust involves maintaining all financial records, including monitoring and reporting for funders. Kitty’s role can be quite varied due to the wide-ranging enquiries and the many office visitors we get on a daily basis; she has built up a good rapport with many of our volunteers.
Kitty is Sage certified and has an Introductory Certificate in Management which is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute. Outside of work, Kitty has a PhD in Music from Newcastle University, which explores hip hop culture in New York. Her other interests include producing a fortnightly radio show for Basic FM, making cakes and pampering her 17 year old cat called Fizzy.

Clive Goodwin, Victoria Tunnel Co-ordinator
Clive worked as a Civil Servant, until taking early retirement in 2007. During his career Clive enjoyed working with people in a variety of Child Benefit and National Insurance roles. In particular, Clive was involved in the early identification of Identity Fraud (stolen and miss-use of National Insurance numbers). That role rapidly evolved in the early 1990s as fraudulent use of identities increased and means of dealing with it had to be developed and Clive thoroughly enjoyed that work.
Clive also enjoyed his roles as a manager of Refunding incorrect or excess National Insurance contributions and as Staff Suggestion Co-ordinator, helping ideas to be developed, introducing those ideas to the National Insurance system and rewarding the individual suggestors for their ideas.
In his spare time, Clive is a keen cyclist, gardener and secretary of a local Golf Society. His main interest though is his family and friends.
Clive is the Co-ordinator of Guided Tours of The Victoria Tunnel. Tours take place each week on Thursdays at 6.30 pm; on Fridays at 10 am and 1 pm and on Saturdays at 10 am and 1 pm. To book a tour please click here
