Trust roles

We are currently looking for volunteers to support our heritage work through cataloguing, transcribing and sound editing.

We offer flexible hours and opportunities to work from home, but hope that people will make a longer term commitment.

Volunteering at the Ouseburn Trust has given me more confidence when looking for jobs. I have been given a variety of opportunities to build on and refresh my employment skills after many years of bringing up a child. I now have an NVQ in Library Studies, gained through volunteering at the Ouseburn Trust and the Mining Institute, and I am now employed by North Tyneside as a Library Assistant.
